Poetry Medicine

I love poetry…always have for as long as I can remember!

It started with the rhyming lines of Dr Seuss and my love just grew and grew and grew.

In 2023, a very dear friend landed up immobile in a hospital bed about 11,000 kilometers away from where I lived. His precious family sat with him day by day and I wanted to let them know that they were not alone. So I started recording poems for them – every day I would imagine what they might need to support them. And then I would record and send them a poem.

Poetry Medicine is a work in progress, it will become a website where you can click on an image and hear me read a poem. For now, it is an invitation… drop me a line, give me a hint and I will send you a recording of me reading a poem as a gift, just for you.
